question about Zinc vitamins? I've been looking for ways to reduce my stretch marks and I found a few websites that say that stretch marks can be a result from a zinc defiency. I thought "Okay, simple, I'll just buy some Zinc tablets at my drugstore". When I got there, I saw that they have two types: One is a lozenge that's orange flavoured, and the other is a normal looking tablet that is supposed to be 50 mg of zinc.
