Standard Process Vitamins

Is it okay to stop taking multivitamins after 1 month?

I have been eating straight veggies, fruits, and lean meats for about 2 months now. I have also started taking multivitamins. But I think I get more than enough nutrients from the foods I eat. Also, I heard that it good be dangerous to take vitamins when they are not needed. Is it okay if I just stop taking them? Would it affect me in any way? it 'COULD' be dangerous, my bad.

  1. well... if your have a healthy diet, as you say, it will not affect you to stop taking them, but I must say, I dont believe a daily multivitamin is harmful either. additionally, you have to consider that "thinking you get more than enough nutrients" isnt always correct, unless you are quite educated in the area. maybe you are, maybe you arent. What im saying is that, if you need the vitamins you will get them from the multivitamin, if you dont, you will excrete them. they will not be "dangerous" to you unless you are overdosing. if you decide to take them, just make sure you follow their recommended intake!. good luck with your healthy diet! keep it up.
