- vitamins are always taken along with food. there are water soluble vitamins and fat soluble vitamins. the presence of alcohol can make both these group of vitamins not absorbed into ur body. so, in short, the vitamins will not get its effect on ur body, if consumed with alcohol.
- The beer and japanese beer drops were far better for you than the Centrum vitamins and the vitamin C you took. Most likely the vitamin C was Ascorbic Acid. If that is the case, you need to look at the beer and see if they used Benzoate of Soda (like that found in sodas like coca cola) as a preservative. If so, that is extremely bad to do. The Ascorbic Acid is not vitamin C, contrary to popular opinion. It is a single element of the C complex and won't even cure scurvy. If you mix the Benzoate of Soda and Ascorbic Acid, you will get BENZENE and this is very toxic to the body. The Centrum vitamins are total junk and should be taken off the market. It is made of synthetic chemical activators that they call vitamins. The "B" vitamins and many of the other ingredients are made from Coal Tar, a petroleum distillate; nothing more than dead chemicals that damage the DNA. good luck to you
- ...If I can handle three shots of tequila on top of 2000+ mg of painkillers... Then you can handle some multivitamins and beer. Don't worry about it.
- Ummmm.... I'm pretty sure you can take vitamins with anything, anytime. They're not exactly "dangerous to mix" pills. LOL. Get some sleep, you'll be fine in the morning.
