How many multivitamins should I take a day?
I normally wake up and make breakfast immediately. With breakfast I take a Centrum Performance. Then when my breakfast settles about 30 minutes later, I workout. Would it be beneficial to take another multivitamin with my post-workout meal? Or maybe one in the evening with dinner? Or is just one good?

- just one. you don't want to over do it. you can get toxic from too much of some vitamins
- Be very careful,too much of some vitamins can be toxic,most people who have access to a wide range of foods will not benefit from multivitamins and will just have urine with lots of vitamins in.
- your not going to get TOXIC..if you take 2 a day, and your body doesn't use some of the vitamins...you'll just piss them...you'll see your urine real yellow. It will not harm you.
- id take one in the mornin and one after you workout, in my own theory it will benefit you better cuz well think about it...your body wants that kinda shit after a hard workout cuz it depletes and how you going to giv it to it? hell i dont want catabolism on my muscles..even tho i havent taken vitamins in like 4 months when i actually took multivitamins i took russian bears, its been around longer than animal pak but noone knows about it lol, but there expensive as HELL like it was 40 dollars for 15 servings...id take em right afterwords and take centrum in the morning....everything felt better than it does afterwords witout them and soreness was still there but not as bad especially since i have to ride my bike to the gym and bak which is 3 miles...it gave me a extra boost in energy but yeah just try that...lol
