what is the ideal time to intake multivitamins?

i got some multivitamins,but what is the right time to take them? i mean should i take them before bed,or in the morning(empty stomach) or after breakfast,or after dinner? what is the right time so it can work better. p.s: im taking these multivitamins for my hair and skin. okay,now im getting mixed responses, 1)should i take it at night or morning? 2)if morning: before breakfast or after breakfast? 3)if night: before dinner or after dinner?

  1. Yes, I think in the AM it's the best time to take them so they can absorb into your system through-out the day.
  2. Take them with a meal to allow your body to absorb all the nutrients. If you eat a large breakfast, do it then otherwise, take it with your largest meal.   4. The ideal time to take multivitamins is in the morning after taking your breakfast =)
  5. Always with food. Generally better in the morning, so your body's activity during the day provides the activity for the digestive process to go well. If you take your vites on an empty stomach, the fat soluble ones may bother you, as there isn't fat present to digest them. Also, laying down to put your body to rest for 8+ hours is an inefficient way to assimilate them.
