How long does it take for post dated multivitamins to lose their total nutritional value?

I have some Centrum that's dated November 06'. Are they pointless or even detrimental to be consuming at this point?

1. I have taken vitamins past their expiry date before. They just start to lose some of the effectiveness. If you are unsure, I would suggest just talking to a pharmacist next time you are in the drug store.
