Vitamin gel caps vs. liquid vitamins?

I know that vitamins in liquid form are supposed to be better, but what about vitamin gel caps? Would these be as good?

2. I am in the Medical Field Gel caps contain liquid..the are the same... Liquid medication or medication in gel cap form are absorbed Quicker than a sold form pill
