What is the best time of day to take vitamins/supplements?
Hi, I've been having some health problems and am now taking vitamins (E and folic acid), as well as supplements (cranberry and yeast), and well as a low daily dose of antibiotics (preventative measure to keep from gettins sick). What's the best time of day to take these pills? In the morning, before I go to work, or in the evening before sleeping?

- In the morning with breakfast, you body will not benefit from it as much while you are sleeping.
- The best way for your body to absorb vitamins and minerals is to take them with a meal, and at the same time each day. It doesn't matter when you take them. I have mine just before I sit down for dinner at night. I ask my nutritionist the same question and that is her answer.
