Standard Process Vitamins

If i'm allergic to Nickel(i breakout)is it safe for me to consume a Liquid vitamin with nickel in it?

I am allergic to the metal Nickel. I breakout hardcore and even with treatment, rashes or sores may not go away for days. I recently received a vitamin liquid supplement from my boyfriends mom, but i read the ingredients list and it has Nickel in it. Is the liquid form different? Or would it be safe for me to take?
