1. go to gnc or vitamin shop and ask them which are really good
2. If you want liquid because you can't swallow pills go and get Viactiv Vitamins. They are actually chocolate cherry (best ones) flavored and you chew them like a caramel. I've been giving them to my mother for quite awhile now and they taste good!
3. I think it's Nature Made because their products are proven naturaal and organic..
4. I always like Floravit by Salus - seems to be the one most widely available, too
