- all vitamins tast terrible
- Pill vitamins you just swallow in one piece and it doesn't have time to swish around on your tongue.
- because they make them that way. they don't want you to think that they are good. Go to GMC they have some good tasting ones.
- Don't take them straight! I take mine in orange juice, for the kids I put it in their fruit punch. If you can still taste it, have a 2nd glass of juice (without the Vits) waiting beside you and take a sip from one then the other. Or I follow my juice with a hot beverage (personally I prefer Hot Chocolate but not for any other reason than that I love hot chocolate!) LOL!
- I don't know what kind you're taking, but the ones I take taste similar to Flinstone vitamins and aren't too bad. The brand I take is nutraMetrix.
- Think about it. How long have liquid vitamins been out, not that long. Most people don’t even know they can get them from their local walmart or target. Once they have been out for a while and have caught momentum they the companies will come up with ways to make them taste better. Like the chewable Vitaman C which taste like orange candy or Calcium which you can get in a variety of flavors like caramel (my fave), chocolate, strawberry (Viactiv is what I’m talking about people). So just bear with the companies that make them. Don’t listen to the woman above you who said to take the pills because the body excrete 60% of the pills before they enter your blood stream to even do you any good. I say just keep taking the liquid and chase it with orange juice.
