Standard Process Vitamins

can't swallow pills, liquid prenatal vitamins?

I have a had time swallowing pills, I can only get down the small tiny ones. I am anxious to try and get pregnant, but have heard stories about the horse pills. Does anyone know if there is a liquid form or any other way to take them?

Well, I'm not sure about what kind of pills you should take, but my aunt can't swallow pig bills either so she bought one of those little marble bowls w/the herb masher and just took her pills, mashed them up, mixed it in with water, orange juice, ect. and drank it. (if you don't want to buy one of those, it's ok, just figure out a way to mash ur pill like put it in a plastic sandwich bag and use a rolling pin to mash it up. Hope this helps!
