Standard Process Vitamins

What's the difference between these multivitamins?

What's the difference between "One a Day Multivitamins: Women" and "One a Day Multivitamins: Prenatal"? If you were ever in a situation where you were out of your usual prenatal multivitamins, would it be safe to take One a Day Multi-Vitamines for Women? There's no warning on the label. This is hypothetical.

  1. you can take the regular multivitamins, but the prenatal ones tend to have higher folic acid and higher daily percentage of other nutrients...therefore better for the baby.
  2. regular multivitamins are good enogh for just you but if your pregnant you need vitamins for TWO so i would choose the prental vitamins such as 'pregnacare plus' they have great vitamins for you AND baby and have a high folicacid percentage which is vitall and also they have additional vitamins for your breast milk :) best of luck!
