Do multivitamins work or is just a scamm?

I don't really eat balanced meals so i was considering talking multivitamins instead. Do they really work?

  1. Absolutely. To get maximum absorption, take them with food. Within about a week, you are going to find yourself in a better mood and having more energy
  2. Yes they do work but are not a substitute for a healthy diet. Buy a good quality brand as most cheap ones are too full of fillers etc to be effective.
  3. The herbal market is a little over the edge with magical elixirs if you ask me. But, multivitamins are not scams. Some are of much higher quality than others, obviously. I'd recommend GNC's Mega Men or Women. Skipping meals and compensating with vitamin isn't a good idea. You should rearrange your lifestyle to allow more regular meals in addition to taking a vitamin.
  4. If your not getting enough vitamins in your meals and (healthy) snacks.A good vitamin will instruct you to take it with your meals, usually morning. You can tell if your getting enough or to much vitamins by the color of your urine. If it's clear your drinking a lot of water. a light yellow is good, a golden color means your getting more than enough,and orange usually means dehydration. But most brands do work, try health nut stores. They are cheaper than GNC and are more than effective.
