- Some fat-soluble vitamins, such as A, D, and E are better absorbed in liquid form.
- They are easier to swallow, other than that they are the same. Sometimes they are a better value.

- Liquid is the best way to take vitamins because you get the most absorption.
- supposedly they work faster.
- easy to swallow.
- no hard pills to swallow
- No benefits that I am aware of. Its just a preference.
- Well, its not so much about liquid or not, it is more to do with QUALITY. Every Vitamin company makes their own claim, but the question you must ask is.... 1) Where exactly did the raw material came from 2) How is it being produced, stored, and delivered 3) Do they guarantee its content and label to be EXACT 4) Do they give 100% no question asked LIFE TIME money back Guarantee 5) Do they have independent lab which has done their own extensive research on their own product, and has the study been published
- Your body absorbs more of liquid vitamins easier and better.
- Go for a healthy diet if you can. Fresh veggies, fruits. Every day. Nuts and berries, too. Be like a bear.
- The only benefit of a liquid vitamin that I can think of would be for people who don’t want to swallow a pill and need more of a nutrient than they can reasonably get from their diet. I think it would be a great idea to replace my giant Omega 3/6 horse-size pills. However, while the faster liquid absorption rate mentioned in the article is true of calories (the majority of which are absorbed from the stomach), the human body absorbs most nutrients from the intestines. That’s because we’ve evolved to get our nutrients from food and that requires more digestion processing to pull them out. So pill or liquid, your body would take about the same amount of time to process it — your stomach isn’t going to grab it and it’s all liquid by the time it hits your intestines. As for the higher concentration, one could take less, but otherwise that may not be a good idea. We should all use caution and educate ourselves if we’re thinking of taking more than the USRDA.
